Our team of qualified and experienced chemists is led by Sigrid, who holds a Bachelor Laboratory Technician for Biology, specialising in laboratory diagnostics. Sigrid also holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering, specialising in chemical laboratory technology. Her passion for unlocking the power of nature is equalled only by their practical and scientific knowledge, leading to the creation of Beautiful Solutions.
An experienced business development and innovation manager within the cosmetic industry. Natalia is an expert in product innovation, having worked with different businesses in the personal care industry gaining a strong industry acumen and connecting with key stakeholders in local and international markets. Natalia utilises her previous experience in project management, business development, innovation, new product development, R&D, sales and marketing.
For the past 18 years, Martin has been working as a senior formulation chemist and general manager in contract manufacturing companies. Prior to this, 13 years of technical sales and industrial experience working for local and multinational chemical companies – over 30 years’ experience in various chemical industries. Martin’s passion is utilising his experience and expertise to create innovative, beautiful products, with great aesthetics and high performance.
Claire has a degree in Applied Chemistry from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, UK. She completed a Diploma in Cosmetic Science with the Society of Cosmetic Scientists, UK in 2021. Having worked as a research and development chemist in various fields, she discovered a passion for cosmetic science and is thrilled to join Beautiful Solutions to fulfil her formulation dreams.
Adriana serves as our Clinical trial Manager. She is head of ISPE in Milan. Adriana has a University Degree in Pharmacy and is a Master in Cosmetic Science and Technology. She is a member of the Order of Pharmacist (Italian Society of Cosmetic Chemists), is a guest teacher at the University of Ferrara, is the author of numerous scientific papers and is a guest speaker at many SICC and Cosmetic Fair congresses.
Innovaction Limited uses exclusively the Yves André Perfume Design Concept for Australia and New Zealand. We interpret your perfume requirements and elaborate on it to provide bespoke scent solutions using this unique concept. The fragrance design is centered around our novel and unique signature perfume design questionnaire. Interpretation of this questionnaire combines the advanced software artificial intelligence to an extensively classified collection of key perfume impressions with creative work from our perfumer Yves André Dombrowsky.
